Our website displays accurate, up-to-date stock levels (visible when adding to the cart), and all medals currently in stock are available for dispatch within 1–2 business days of placing your order.

If you require a larger quantity than our current stock levels indicate, please email perfectlypinned@outlook.com.au. Simply let us know the quantity you require and the date your medals are needed by, and we’ll be happy to confirm availability and whether we can meet your timeframe. We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, particularly if your medals are needed for a specific presentation or special event.

We also encourage you to enquire even if you only have approximate quantities at this stage. We understand that competitions may still be underway and your final medal numbers may not yet be confirmed. We’re always happy to assist you with planning ahead to ensure your medals arrive in time for your special occasion!
